1. Services Provided
Gerly Inc offers:
- Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)
- School Bus and student transportation services
- Ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible rides
We strive to provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation.
2. Booking and Payment
- All rides must be requested in advance via our website or by phone.
- Payment is required before the ride, unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods: Zelle, QuickBooks invoice, TD Bank payment link.
- Prices may vary depending on distance, vehicle type, or special requirements.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations may be subject to a fee if not made within 24 hours of the scheduled ride.
- We reserve the right to refuse service in case of late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
- Wheelchair and ambulatory passengers must follow safety procedures.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise arranged.
- No smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol is allowed in any vehicle.
5. Safety & Accessibility
- All vehicles are ADA accessible, equipped with:
- Fire extinguisher
- Emergency kit
- GPS and cameras
- Wheelchair securement systems
- Passengers must follow driver instructions for safety.
6. HIPAA & Privacy
- Gerly Inc complies with HIPAA regulations for NEMT services.
- Personal and medical information is kept confidential and used only to provide transportation services.
7. Liability
- Gerly Inc is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during transportation.
- Passengers agree to use services at their own risk.
8. Changes to Terms
Gerly Inc reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
